Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa (Nago City, Okinawa Prefecture), located at the entrance to Yambaru , a region with lush subtropical forests and blue seas in the northern part of Okinawa's main island, will be holding a "LOVE OKINAWA DISCOVER YAMBARU - A journey of warm flavors from around the world to brighten up your winter" at lunchtime at Buffet & Grill QWACHI from Sunday, December 1, 2024 to Friday, February 28, 2025, with the concept of "Play with the island, connect with the forest." You can enjoy warm dishes and exotic flavors perfect for the winter season.
The fair menu offers hot pot dishes from around the world that will warm your body and soul in the winter. We offer hot pot dishes from all over the world, including Japanese "Shabu Shabu," Southern France's "Bouillabaisse," a tomato-based stew of seafood such as white fish and mussels, and Thai "Tom Kha Gai," a hot pot dish of chicken and winter melon stewed in coconut milk. In addition, "Couscous d'Agneau," a dish popular in North Africa that features a deep flavor of lamb and vegetable stock, is made using the spice mix " Yambaru Spice," with 58% of the ingredients being made from local ingredients such as turmeric, island chili peppers, and island ginger, allowing you to enjoy the aroma of Yambaru spices.
