Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa (Nago City, Okinawa Prefecture), located at the entrance to Yambaru , a region in the northern part of Okinawa's main island that is home to rich subtropical forests and blue seas, has the concept of "LOVE OKINAWA DISCOVER YAMBARU with the island and connect with the forest." The hotel will be installing a "tent sauna," said to be the "hottest in the world," and a high-performance "barrel sauna," which was introduced for the first time in the prefecture in 2022, in its garden pool for a limited time from Tuesday, October 1, 2024 to Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
Our hotel's garden pool has also been the venue for the SAUNA TOTONOI Village Festival, Okinawa's largest sauna event, twice in the past, and is a popular spot where you can enjoy a sauna in an open space with a panoramic view of the East China Sea.
This year, we have installed one barrel sauna made by the brand "ONE SAUNA" that uses 100% domestic natural wood and spreads a pleasant woody scent, one tent sauna made by "MORZH", which is said to be the hottest in the world and is a hot topic among sauna enthusiasts who like hot steam baths, and we have also added a new service, Aufguss, where you can experience a heat wave in the tent sauna. Cool down your body that has become heated up from the sauna and heat wave in the open-air pool, and enjoy the experience of relaxing by the pool in a great location. We also offer a plan to rent the barrel sauna exclusively, so you can use it alone or with friends in a private space.
The hotel restaurant "BUFFET & GRILL QWACHI" offers "Totonoi Gohan" (a meal that can only be enjoyed in Okinawa) under the theme of "Eat Okinawa." Please enjoy this as well.
