A new restaurant and lounge will also be built, creating a space where you can enjoy a higher-class hotel stay. Accommodations will begin on Saturday, December 21, 2024.
After undergoing major renovations on the first, second and third floors, the hotel will reopen on Saturday, December 21, 2024. This will transform the space into one that offers a premium hotel stay with added functionality.
In addition to the new guest room floor, the hotel will have two new lounges: a welcome lounge for relaxation and gathering that is open to all guests, and a laundry lounge based on the concept of hotel life as if you were living there. In addition, the hotel restaurant, Bloom Field Dining, will have its grand opening on December 1, 2024.
■ New guest room floor
The newly established "Residential Floor" on the third floor features nine guest rooms ideal for long-term stays and large groups. The spacious rooms, which can accommodate up to six people, are available in two types, 47 m2 and 52 m2, making them ideal spaces for families and groups. All rooms are equipped with a kitchen equipped with a microwave, induction cooking heater, and refrigerator/freezer, so long-term guests can enjoy meals as if they were at home. The rooms also feature a drum-type washing machine and separate bathroom and toilet, making your stay even more comfortable and residential.
Furthermore, all rooms are equipped with terraces, providing an open space where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air even in the city.
