"Luxurious Winter Market of Warm Gourmet" to be held, where you can enjoy winter gourmet food from around the world that will warm your body and soul, such as seafood chowder and truffle-flav

. "Luxurious Winter Market of Warm Gourmet" will be held from Tuesday, November 5, 2024 to Sunday, February 2, 2025, where you can enjoy winter gourmet food from around the world that will warm your body and soul, perfect for the cold winter.

This event will be held simultaneously at three facilities, Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay (Chiba Prefecture), Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel (Hyogo Prefecture), and Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa (Okinawa Prefecture), as the ninth hotel cross-fair of Oriental Hotels & Resorts. The winter market will feature a variety of special menus perfect for the cold season, such as "Cheddar Seafood Chowder," a combination of seafood chowder, a winter gourmet staple, with rich cheddar cheese, and "Orzo and Mushroom Risotto with Truffle Flavor and Sautéed Grafoie," a sustainable, innovative foie gras made from chicken liver topped on truffle-flavored risotto. In addition, the "Shrimp Mac & Cheese," a gratin dish that originates in the United States, which is made by mixing macaroni with plenty of cheese, will be served with a lobster version of "Shrimp Mac & Cheese," which uses rich lobster cream, as a limited-time dinner dish during the Christmas period. In addition, the live station will feature a "Strawberry Mont Blanc" that the chef will squeeze right in front of you. During the period leading up to Christmas, you can enjoy decorating your own Christmas tree. In addition, Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay's "Restaurant Grand Cinq" will be offering a Christmas menu including Wagyu beef thigh roast beef and Buche de Noel during the special Christmas period from December 21st (Sat) to 25th (Wed). Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel's Terrace & Dining "ALL FLAGS" will also be holding an "All-you-can-eat Snow Crab" fair to commemorate the first anniversary of its reopening from November 5th (Tue) to December 25th (Wed). As the cold weather approaches, please enjoy a special and memorable time with food that warms both body and soul.
