Hilton Tokyo Odaiba will hold the "World Meat Festival" for a limited time from Wednesday, August 21st to Thursday, October 31st, 2024, where you can enjoy various popular meat dishes from around the world and sweets that incorporate plenty of seasonal flavors unique to autumn in a buffet style.

This event will feature a lineup of menus ranging from simple and dynamic chunk meat dishes to salads with vegetables, allowing you to enjoy not only the natural flavor of meat but also the charms of meat through dishes prepared using a variety of cooking methods from around the world.
In addition, the dessert corner will offer a colorful array of sweets made with autumn flavors such as grapes, apples, pears, and chestnuts.
Cold dishes include "Beef Shabu Salad," which features loin meat served in a bagna cauda-style sauce with colorful vegetables such as red walnuts, yellow carrots, and green daikon radishes, and "Grilled Iberico," with its sweet fatty meat that spreads in your mouth.
For hot dishes, you can enjoy a variety of meat dishes from around the world in one go, like "Lamb Shish Kebab," a simply skewered dish of spicy lamb, "Milanese Cutlet," a beef cutlet served with a refreshingly sour tomato sauce, ajillo that concentrates the flavors of juicy duck meat and four kinds of mushrooms, and "Chicken Galantine," a traditional French dish of pate de campagne wrapped in chicken and steamed.

The Live Station will be serving "Beef Churrasco," a large block of meat grilled to perfection, only on weekends and holidays.
Grilling the meat in a chunk seals in the juices, allowing you to enjoy the flavor without it escaping, making this a must-try for meat lovers. Red meat, which allows you to enjoy the original flavor of the meat, is cooked at low temperature to make it moist and juicy, and the surface is grilled to a fragrant finish.
Please enjoy the performance of the chef cutting and serving right in front of you.
In the dessert area, we have prepared sweets that skillfully combine the flavors of autumn, such as "Apple Tart" made with apple paste and topped with plenty of apples, "Zuccotto with Pear" made with caramel pear and pear, and "Mini Pie Tart" made with pie crust filled with plenty of custard cream and decorated with autumn fruits. In addition, "Freshly Squeezed Mont Blanc" served at the live station will be served with a performance where chestnut cream is squeezed right in front of you.

The lineup includes the colorful mousse "Cassis Orange Mousse" with berries and a tangy taste, the "Canelé" colorfully decorated with chocolate and fruit, as well as "Grape Jelly" and "Grass Mousse."
We offer "Freshly Squeezed Mont Blanc," which is made right in front of you after an order is placed, as well as Mont Blanc that allows you to compare the taste of three different flavors: potato, chestnut, and pumpkin.

During the Loween period, some of the dessert menu items will be specially designed, creating a visually appealing lineup.
