Hilton Tokyo Odaiba: A selection of sweets that bring out the best in autumn ingredients! "Autumn Afternoon Tea & High Tea" now available

Hilton Tokyo Odaiba will be offering Autumn Afternoon Tea & High Tea for a limited time from Wednesday, August 21 to Thursday, October 31, 2024, where you can enjoy sweets that incorporate plenty of autumn flavors such as purple sweet potato, chestnut, pear, and apple.
The "Autumn Afternoon Tea" offers a variety of sweets that bring out the charm of ingredients unique to autumn.
You can enjoy flavors that incorporate seasonal autumn ingredients, such as the "Mont Blanc," which allows you to compare three types of autumn flavors: sweet potato, chestnut, and pumpkin; the "purple sweet potato tart," which has a moist and elegant sweetness that spreads in your mouth; and the "chestnut soup," which has a gentle sweetness combined with fresh cream.
We also have a wide variety of fruit-based desserts on offer, including a mousse made with fresh fruit pulp, liqueur, and caramelized pear, packed with the flavors of pear, a "cassis orange mousse" that combines chocolate sponge with the sourness of blackcurrant and orange, and a "tarte tatin" that has a perfect balance of sweetness and sourness of apple.
There are also plenty of savory dishes with a particular focus on appearance, such as bite-sized "American dogs" in the shape of puppies and "bone-shaped bread" in the shape of a dog's favorite bone, served with prosciutto and fig chutney. In addition, customers can enjoy as many as they like from the trolley service, including onion, bacon, and cheese scones, and Kaisersemmel sandwiches with fried chicken and tomatoes.
"Autumn High Tea," which can be enjoyed from dusk onwards, offers a wide selection of savory dishes that go well with alcohol.
In addition to "American hot dogs" and "bone-shaped bread," we also offer "grilled eggplant flan" made with seaweed broth, "duck ragu pasta" made with short pasta tossed in a sauce made from stewed duck meat, and "smoked beef tongue." Free-flow plans are also available on weekends and holidays.
