"Casual Summer Italian & Melon and Peach Sweets Fair" ~Enjoy plenty of seasonal fruits!~

The International Garden Hotel Narita will be holding the "Summer Casual Italian & Melon and Peach Sweets Fair" at Restaurant AVANTI from Monday, July 1st to Saturday, August 31st, 2024, featuring summer Italian dishes and desserts made with plenty of melon and peach pulp.

A course menu of 35 dishes, from appetizers to soups, meat and fish dishes, and desserts. This "Summer Italian" dish uses summer ingredients, tomatoes, and basil, and is a refreshing take on classic Italian dishes with a spicy flavor. From July 20th (Sat) to August 31st (Sat), we will be holding a summer holiday event where the chef will pour bite-sized capellini into a bamboo trough installed on the terrace area of the restaurant, and you can enjoy it with your favorite sauce. This Italian dish, which incorporates an entertainment element, can be enjoyed with your children. It looks like "nagashi somen", but it has been arranged in an Italian style and is thin pasta "capellini". Please enjoy it with plenty of fresh tomato and eggplant oregano sauce, chilled corn potage for children, and pesto sauce, which is popular among women.
In the live performance corner, we offer "Oeufs à la Neige," fluffy meringue topped with caramel and anglaise sauce and served fresh with melon and peach. Other desserts include "Peach and Earl Grey Tart," which combines diced peaches and cream kneaded with black tea leaves in the dough, "Melon Choux," which is a baked choux pastry topped with cookies and filled with whipped cream containing melon juice, and "Melon Shortcake," which is topped with plenty of melon pulp. There are a total of 15 desserts that use plenty of melon and peach pulp and juice.
